We noticed some univited visitors (big black flies and small flies) roaming around the house and wanted to deal with the problem ASAP. One of the first company that came up for pest control was Orkin. Assuming a bigger company would mean quality service and work... Wrong! Orkin dispatch assured someone from their local office would be in contact with me (still no call to date!). Narrowing down my search I came across Phantom Pest Solutions. I will be honest to say I was skeptical and unsure what service I would receive. I decided to call based on the 5 star reviews and testimonials.I spoke to Al and right away he was professional and asked many pertinent questions to narrow down the issue and possible solutions. I made an appointment and Al (and his assistant Laura) was at my house on time within the next 3 business days. Adhering to COVID 19 protocols Al and Laura wore masks and respected physically distancing throughout their work. As my pest issue appeared to come from the crawl space, Al conducted a full parameter inspection (interior and exterior) of my house. Al was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions regarding cause and prevention. To make a long story short, Al located the source and was able to remove and treat the affected area with non toxic solutions. In additional, Al also made a couple recommendations to prevent other pests from potentially enter our home. The service was quick, effective and very professional! In just 24 hours we have noticed a significant improvement throughout the house. I would highly recommend Phantom Pest Solutions and will be contacting Al next year to make sure our home is pest free! Thank you!

We called Al from Phantom Pest Solutions to take care of a silver fish issue at one of are apartment blocks, we spotted a few in one of the vacant units and called him late on a Friday night and he came after hours where others would not! This is not the first time we’ve called upon him, we had an issue with a new tenant that moved in and brought cockroaches from his previous apartment, we called him for this issue as well and he took care of the problem, no cockroaches ever since he treated the building! Extremely satisfied with the service!I was moving into a new condo that’d been vacant for a number of months and was concerned about bugs in the place so I decided to contact Phantom Pest control to have an extermination done. The tech was very informative, on time, and efficient. When Al (the owner) arrived we were immediately impressed with his professional demeanour, his friendly, engaging personality, and his genuine commitment to investigate and solve our concerns. We have never given much thought to Pest Control in general as we have been in our home for over 30 years without issue, until we had a hornets nest in our attic. My wife noticed a faint scratching noise in the ceiling of our dining room. But what really got our attention was when we noticed that that something was burrowing through the gyproc and into our dining room. We called Phantom Pest Control and technician Amirali showed up the same day we called. He was professional and effective. It was a warm summer day but without hesitation Amirali suited up went up into the attic and safely removed the huge Wasp Nest in our attic. I reached out to Al with Phantom Pest Solutions to eradicate both the cockroaches and mice that unfortunately came with an old rental unit I moved into and I’m so glad I did! The cockroaches (a superbug to our dismay) are now gone after treatment and we’re currently undergoing Phantom’s recommended anti-mice treatment that’s proving very promising so far. Phantom took care of a wasp nest under the decking on our balcony. The nest was hidden but they used a few techniques to ensure that it was taken care of. The wasps were almost completely gone the next day and we have not seen one since 3 days after Phantom's visit. Thanks Al - we can enjoy our balcony again! Highly recommended.
